Complimentary shuttle pick up and drop off is available in front of Black Ball’s Port Angeles terminal. After you book your tour, a Black Ball team member will contact you to collect the age/height/weight of all members of your party, and ask if you require shuttle transportation.

Join Olympic Hiking Co. for a guided tour of Olympic National Park starting at the Elwha River, where you’ll delve into the history of the river’s transformation after the recent dam removals. Continue along Highway 101 to picturesque Lake Crescent where you’ll hike through lush old-growth forests to Marymere Falls. The adventure wraps up at Salt Creek, where rugged coastal views and historical WWII bunkers await, followed by a scenic drive back to Port Angeles showcasing the varied ecosystems of the Olympic Peninsula.

Port Angeles Underground Tour

Discover the Past of Port Angeles on an Underground & Heritage Tour

In response to early 1900s flooding concerns, Port Angeles organized a remarkable plan to raise the city’s downtown streets. This ambitious engineering project led to the creation of a network of underground tunnels and storefronts, many of which still exist today.

This 2.5 hour guided tour delves into the city’s history, exploring hidden basements, tunnels, an original movie theater, and a concealed brothel above a family shoe store. The experience includes short flights of stairs and several stops for storytelling, offering insights into the community’s past living conditions.

Please Note: The Underground Heritage Tour is only available on Friday and Saturday.

Sequim Lavender Festival is a delightful opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of bountiful fields of lavender. The festival takes place every July, and offers live music, local food vendors, and more lavender products than you could imagine.

Nearly all of the farms have their own gift shops with products that are created using their own lavender. With an expansive selection of products ranging from lavender lemonade to home cleaning products, there is something for everyone! Plus, explore the expansive street fair which offers a variety of food vendors and local artisans.
