Chateau Victoria is in the heart of downtown Victoria. Its Authentically Local style of service coupled with its location in the center of the city's vibrant core provide a memorable experience of Victoria and all it has to offer from theatre, music, attractions, shopping, restaurants and pubs. A complimentary shuttle for walk-on passengers and free parking for drive-on passengers makes the choice easy for those wanting a downtown hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel features newly renovated traditional rooms and spacious suites; perfect for families or people just looking for extra space.
Take advantage of Clive's Classic Lounge, located on the lobby level, or the full-service restaurant, Vista 18, Victoria's only roof-top view restaurant. There is also a fitness room, pool and hot tub, and guest bike storage on site.

Important Shuttle Information
Depart from Fairmont Empress: 4:00pm (only running Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and 6:00pm (running daily)
Depart from The Butchart Gardens: 7:00pm (only running Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and 9:00pm (running daily)
Please Note: You MUST reserve a shuttle time for Christmas Magic. If you reserve the 4:00pm shuttle, you must return on the 7:00pm shuttle from The Butchart Gardens. If you reserve the 6:00pm shuttle, you must return on the 9:00pm shuttle. The 4:00pm shuttle ONLY departs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The 6:00pm shuttle departs daily.
The shuttle departs from in front of the Fairmont Empress. Please check in at the kiosk 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Your ticket is valid for use once in each direction.
The pet fee is $25.00 per dog per night plus taxes. Dogs only, two dogs per room maximum.
Parking:
Parking is free for one vehicle per room. Each additional vehicle is $15 per night.
