The Butchart Gardens offers thousands of blooms during this time of year, including the Cherry and Plum blossoms, more than 28 varieties of Magnolia trees (some date back to Jennie Butchart's original plantings), over 160,000 blooming tulip bulbs, and other beautiful blooms including Hyacinthus (Hyacinth), Narcissus (Daffodil), and Myosotis (Forget-me-not).
*Please Note: The display time of different blooms can vary, sometimes starting a few weeks earlier or later. This is determined by the current spring weather and the severity of the last winter.
Chateau Victoria is in the heart of downtown Victoria. Its Authentically Local style of service coupled with its location in the center of the city's vibrant core provide a memorable experience of Victoria and all it has to offer from theatre, music, attractions, shopping, restaurants and pubs. Important Shuttle Information
Departures from Fairmont Empress: 9:30am and 11:30am
Departures from The Butchart Gardens: 12:30pm and 2:30pm
Please Note: You MUST reserve a shuttle time. If you reserve the 9:30am shuttle, you must return on the 12:30pm shuttle from The Butchart Gardens. If you reserve the 11:30am shuttle, you must return on the 2:30pm shuttle.
The pet fee is $25.00 per dog per night plus taxes. Dogs only, two dogs per room maximum.
Parking:
Parking is free for one vehicle per room. Each additional vehicle is $15 per night.
