Tilt! At The Phillips Backyard: July 7 - July 9
Phillips Backyard Festival Series hosted by Phillips Brewing and Malting Co and The Zone @91.3 is returning for a weekend this summer, from July 7 - 9! The festival features an outstanding lineup of headliners, including DJ Pee Wee (also known as Anderson .Paak), Bahamas, and Lord Huron. The festival takes place in the outdoor space of Phillips Brewery, creating an intimate and energetic atmosphere. Whether you’re a music enthusiast or simply looking for a good time, Phillips Backyard Festival promises an unforgettable experience in the heart of Victoria.

Victoria Pride Parade: July 9
This annual colorful parade will take place in the Inner Harbour starting at 11:00am on July 9th. Led by the Esquimalt Songhees Nation, this event is free and welcomes all ages and walks of life! Following the parade, there will be a festival at Macdonald Park where there will be more than 150 vendors along with food and drinks. Additionally, there will be a main stage and a kid's zone; something for everyone to enjoy!

Uptown Multicultural Festival: July 15 - July 16
The Uptown Multicultural Festival is a widely loved event that celebrates diversity and richness of all cultures in the community. This event brings people together from various backgrounds to display their traditions, art, music and cuisine, strengthening a sense of unity and appreciation for multiculturalism. Expect to experience a vibrant and immersive environment at Uptown Mall this July while enjoying a lineup of performances including music, dance, and theatrics. The 23rd Annual Oak Bay Car show is set to take place in the beautiful neighborhood of Oak Bay. Eats and Beats Beach Party: July 29
Wanting to spend a day at the beach with lots of activities, food trucks and live music? Come on down to Reverb at the Phillips Backyard to enjoy some amazing local Victorian artists. Phillips Backyard is excited to host Fleet Foxes, Peach Pit, Jesse Roper, The Blue Stones and more! Located in the heart of Victoria, the Phillips Backyard provides a vibrant and upbeat setting for the Reverb Series. The music genres range from indie rock, and alternative to folk, blues and beyond.

Harbour Blues ‘n Roots Festival: August 25 - August 27
Listen to the heartfelt sounds of the BC Harbour Blues ‘n Roots Festival this August, located on the outdoor stage in Victoria's Inner Harbour. If you enjoy infectious rhythms of blues and the fusion of various genres, this is the place for you. The three-day festival has free performances each day and ticketed evening performances throughout the weekend (the evening performances are available to purchase). Beyond the performances, the festival offers a range of artisan vendors, food stalls and beverages to enjoy.
Victoria Fringe Festival: August 23 - September 3
Spend a day in a world of creativity and explore some amazing art pieces at the Victoria Fringe Festival this summer. Known for its welcoming and interactive atmosphere, attendees will see a wide range of local and international works of art. The Victoria Fringe Festival gives people a rare opportunity to witness the convergence of diverse artistic styles, techniques, and narratives.

Esquimalt Ribfest: September 8 - September 10
Enjoy ribs, drinks, and entertainment at this year's annual Ribfest in Bullen Park (located just outside of downtown Victoria). Along with six rib teams competing for the coveted title of the best ribs, is live music, vendors, local arts, and kids' crafts; the perfect event for the whole family to enjoy! The festival has free entry, but donations are accepted for local charities and the Firefighters Charitable Foundation.
