Notice to Port Angeles Walk-on Passengers Disembarking in Victoria until April 25, 2024 As part of the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project Phase I construction, foot passengers arriving in Victoria will be escorted an extra 100 yards to the FRS Clipper in order to be processed by CBSA (Canadian Border Services Agency) until April 25th. Should you require assistance, please visit the Purser's Desk onboard the ship before the vessel's arrival in Victoria. Please note that walk-on passengers departing from Victoria will continue to board through our main terminal located at 430 Belleville Street.
